Love it this is my second one

Easily picks up everyday muck and grime for any household with children and, or pets.

Excellent hoover just a little heavy

Very pleased, had a cordless Dyson and a cordless Shark before this but neither compare to this vacuum. The amount of dust this sucked out of the carpet was unbelievable.

works really well but falls over easily

Works well but took a while to assemble!

My old vacuum finally died (not a Dyson!), and so I decided on a Dyson as I had one years ago and loved it. First time I used it I couldn’t believe the difference. The dust and hair that came out of the carpet was incredible. Clearly my old vacuum didn’t cut the mustard!!! Never leaving Dyson again.

My previous appliance was a Shark the only thing wrong with the Shark was a loose wire as it enters the machine I soon found out that Shark do not want you to be able to repair their appliances. Hence my purchase of the Dyson. First impression lots of packaging and I did find, maybe I’m a bit daft, that I initially struggled to follow the instructions and reverted to you tube! It’s effective but a little heavy and I miss a turbo tool especially as it advertising pet hair removal. On the plus side the tools are stored on the machine. The hose is see through and any blockages will be visible. The hose is a little stiff but it’s early days. So far so good.
