Great cleaner and the mop function is much better than I thought it would be, great appliance

Excellent product - not much heavier than the older models but much easier to empty, and a vastly improved battery. Feels like a quality item and the screen is intuitive to use. A good range of accessories included as standard.

I like the product, use it at least twice a day hoovering after dogs and kids and find it very good. I have used dyson for the last 12 years and never had any problems with any of my dyson hoovers, the old ones are still working, and gave them away for this upgrade. It is easy to use and so is the maintenance.

As with all dyson products that I've tried before, I was not dissapointed. Excellent.

Brilliant in every aspects

I bought this model primarily for the mop head, but have found it to be absolutely terrible. I have textured tiles in my kitchen, which it can't handle at all. Ok, I thought, maybe it's because of the deep texture. But it couldn't even manage my very smooth wooden floors in the hallway. The water was dirty when I poured it away so it obviously picked up something, but the visible bits (like mud smears by the front door), I swiped over 20-30 times and they didn't shift. It's also difficult to empty the dirty water. I've given it 3 stars because the vacuum function is great, but given the price and the specifically designed mop head, I expected a LOT more.

Very happy with the hoover. The fact that there is an auto on there that switches from carpet to hard floors...wow! Expensive but for us with two dogs and an adopted dog that comes to visit. It's worth it for the dog hair that ends up everywhere.
