    Used on gas cooker to sear beef etc then 7 hours on medium setting for a lovely red wine beef stew. Everything was cooked well and hot. Can't wait to try other dishes

    Wife loves it. Better than our last one which had a ceramic bowl. She can heat up the food before slow cooking it.
