I like that you can lift your toast up without turning off the toaster to check how well done it is and without having to start all over as you would on other toasters, the defrost function works great, just a quality and stylish item with great features.

In the past I have avoided paying a premium price for this type of product and suffered the inevitable failures after a couple of years. This is a fabulous toaster that lives up to its reputation and is complemented by AO's fast a efficient delivery. Well done.

The item looks great and the colour choice matches well with our kitchen. It makes great toast very quickly and the fact that the two sides can be set to different settings is a good idea to stop family disputes! The 'have a peek' is great too if you need to be precise. The delivery was also bang on time. It doesn't show Sky sports while you wait or 6 stars were on the cards, but it is a toaster after all!

We have struggled with our old toaster for ages and so I decided to get a new one. Bingo toast that doesn't take 20 minutes is now here!!!! Good browning of slices - just watch your hands when taking out as the metal can be a bit hot; but isn't that what its designed to be?!?
