Previously had LG and was generally happy with it so when needing another Tv an LG upgrade seemed a good option. However despite being a newer version that had access to more apps and a size up it was a little dissappointing. The first one I sent was faulty and although reported immediately it took many calls back and forth to get my consumer right of an exchange/refund as you have to go via the manufacturer. Incredibly stressful. Upon setting up my exchanged one it was easy and simple to do and to operate. However no matter the setting the picture has a very off putting greyish tone and also the new pale grey background for settings such as operational or TV guide has been changed to a pale grey making it harder to read. Its also quite flimsy and not overly steady on the stand.

Yes the product ok, but constant telephone calls from AO at least 4 per day simultaneously on two phones ringing out trying to sell product insurance took the shine off the whole process.

Great tv! Although the picture quality could be a bit better it’s a decent tv at a decent price what more can I ask for.

Great value for money. It seems that if you wanted the best quality TV of this size you would be paying 4 times the price, but this is still very good. It's simple to setup and easy to use. It's simply great quality and is better than the cheapest ones of the same size.

This TV is definitely the best one we have bought. The picture is excellent so clear. We have a sound bar and what we did find was there was an echo so we turned the volume of the TV off and just use the sound bar and now there is no echo whatsoever. Very quick and East to set up. The price is fantastic for such a high quality TV we would definitely recommend this TV. Delivery was spot on and the guys were so polite, helpful and friendly.

We are very pleased with this LG tv. We’d had our previous tv, a 43 inch Sony, for quite a few years so it was time to update. I was concerned that a 55 inch screen would be a bit too big for our room but it is fine. The picture quality is great, my husband is very impressed - it takes a lot to impress him. We have a sound bar but the sound through the tv is equally as good. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Great TV for the price. does everything you would expect from a smart TV. Really good for watching TV.

it's not like great great quality! but not poor. The money I invest is fulfilled. That Nanocell technology is not well noticeable.
