takes a while to master the controls and the quantity of drink required for different cups, but oh...the quality! amazing. Only issue is the adjustable height of the front isnt adjustable enough to allow a glass latte cup under it.

Good service from AO and the machine itself is exceeding expectations. Can be operated manually or by the App on your phone. Options for drinks are endless and you can change the mix of coffee and milk to suit your taste. Excellent purchase.

We bought this machine after much researching and we were not disappointed, easy to use and lovely hot coffee every time. There’s a vast recipe of 17 coffees and we’re working our way through them all! We would recommend this machine to anyone as it’s not complicated to use and even easier from your phone via the app.

A great machine that gets close to coffee shop quality while combining ease of use with easy maintenance. The water tank could be bigger but is on a par with competitors. Excellent results with a minimum of set up and consistent results that let you focus on the coffee and not the preparation. If you have the space for this deep machine and love high quality coffee with minimal fuss this is highly recommended.

Really pleased with my new Melitta Barista coffee machine, it makes a great cup of coffee and is very low maintenance. Service was great, came when promised. 5 stars.

Excellent bean to cup machine easy to use milk frother, easy cleaning programmes. I found the App works well some reviews say this does not work. You have to connect to the machine each time but once connected works well. Water container could be a little larger, otherwise very happy with machine, would recommend
