Fantastic machine… amazing coffee and so easy to use! AO service was brilliant as always!

After a little bit of tinkering, our machine is now producing gorgeous coffee consistently. The app is great for fine tuning strength and amounts etc and the cleaning instruction prompts are a great help. Great machine. Very happy.

Makes great coffee but still trying to learn how the app works properly! Maybe it is too smart for us. Good selection of recipes.

Huge range of recipes, great customisation, and excellent quality. Pretty quiet for a bean to cup machine. App is a little fiddly to use, and is a bit temperamental when connecting to machine. Drip tray needs emptying pretty frequently, but is easy to do. Self cleaning function quick and straightforward.

Love it... Read lots of reviews & took a lot of time working out whether or not to invest this much money into a coffee machine. All I can say is - it’s like having a Barista make the coffee you’re craving, without having to head to an independent coffee house to get it! If you’re into your coffee and contemplating getting this machine... Just do it; you won’t ge disappointed!

All the bells and whistles as far as technology goes but the build quality and finish really doesn't reflect the price tag. Customer service, lead time and problem solving is never an issue with AO, I use them at least monthly for my personal and business purchases.
