It produces very nice coffee and has a lot of great options. It looses 1 star though because of issues with the Bluetooth connection and the app. I've had to frequently force quit the app and re-connect the machine to get it to work properly.

A little tricky to operate (read the handbook!!) would be great if you could make a slightly larger cappuccino but the milk maxes out. Bluetooth function works well and cleaning is quick super simple.

All the bells and whistles as far as technology goes but the build quality and finish really doesn't reflect the price tag. Customer service, lead time and problem solving is never an issue with AO, I use them at least monthly for my personal and business purchases.

takes a while to master the controls and the quantity of drink required for different cups, but oh...the quality! amazing. Only issue is the adjustable height of the front isnt adjustable enough to allow a glass latte cup under it.

A great machine that gets close to coffee shop quality while combining ease of use with easy maintenance. The water tank could be bigger but is on a par with competitors. Excellent results with a minimum of set up and consistent results that let you focus on the coffee and not the preparation. If you have the space for this deep machine and love high quality coffee with minimal fuss this is highly recommended.

Excellent bean to cup machine easy to use milk frother, easy cleaning programmes. I found the App works well some reviews say this does not work. You have to connect to the machine each time but once connected works well. Water container could be a little larger, otherwise very happy with machine, would recommend

Amazing product. Very versatile with multiple options to suit individual needs. The best feature is that it is capable of making two drinks at one time. The downside is that it has a seperated water tank- i would have preferred this to be hidden away. Very sleek design and brilliant that it is able to be controlled via smartphone.
