I have had this machine for a couple of weeks now. It is really poor value for money. The amount of coffee dispensed is random even with the settings the same. The consistency of working first time is awful. Wouldn’t buy again but too expensive to dump!

Works fine, a bit noisy and seems to use as much water cleaning as making coffee. Filling the water reservoir not the easiest as it is mounted at the back not at the front as in other makes. Makes good coffee.

I bough this product as it is a Which? Best Buy and the quality of the coffee does not disappoint. It is quiet and easy to use, and easy to clean. So why not 5* I hear you cry? Because it broke within a week. Both Melitta and AO smoothly facilitated a replacement which is still working, producing fine coffee 10 days on, but I dont feel I can give this 5 stars due to the breakdown. 4 1/2 would be a better score, but not an option. I dont have buyer's remorse!

Nice coffee, although appears to use quite a lot of water and coffee beans per cup. Also, it is quite a big device and takes up a lot of space. Plus had to order a replacement, AO were really good, so not yet convinced about the build quality.

Very good quality machine and makes delicious coffee. Only flaws are how regularly you have to re fill the water and the beans as the storage isn’t that large

Makes excellent espresso and black coffee at a very reasonable price. Doesn’t have a milk frother, but I drink coffee, so not a problem for me!

Great coffee at the morning, easy to use and wash.

Good product, easy to used and makes lovely coffee. Coffee strength can be adjusted via water temperature and grinding level as well as coffee amount which is good as it was very strong to start with.
