It’s incredibly easy to use, with an intuitive interface that makes adjusting settings a breeze. The scale is reasonably accurate, which is a nice feature for precise brewing. The grinder offers a wide range of grind sizes, perfect for everything from French press to pour-over, though it doesn’t quite grind fine enough for espresso—a bit of a miss for espresso fans. Static can be an issue, but a light spray of water on the beans before grinding helps reduce it. Cleaning is also fairly easy, and it comes with a small brush for convenience. As for longevity, I can't comment yet on the longevity, since I've only used it for about a month, but so far, I’m quite happy with the performance and quality.

Love it, easy to use, holds a good amount of coffee beans and end results are very good. I was wandering to spend more and go for SAGE grinder, but after purchasing this one, I am very happy that I did. I would recommend it.

Easy to use and adjust. Relatively quiet. The ability to grind by weight or manually rather than by fixed cup size is very useful and makes it much more practical to keep the hopper full of beans rather than have to manually load the right amount each time. Some static with smaller grinds but not a major problem.

Does exactly as advertised. Perfect for me and the grind of coffee I want for my Sage Filter machine. Also very good customer experience with AO.

Missing the coffee ground container at the bottom and has two top holders for the coffee beans. Fortunately, you can place another holder to catch the grounds. Looks like it has been opened and returned by someone else and sent out by AO again. Not tried to use it yet as it is a present.

This is a fantastic grinder for the price. I couldn't recommend this grinder for espresso machine, it doesn't quite grind fine enough, but for all other grinds it's perfect.
