Missing the coffee ground container at the bottom and has two top holders for the coffee beans. Fortunately, you can place another holder to catch the grounds. Looks like it has been opened and returned by someone else and sent out by AO again. Not tried to use it yet as it is a present.

This is a fantastic grinder for the price. I couldn't recommend this grinder for espresso machine, it doesn't quite grind fine enough, but for all other grinds it's perfect.

Was using grinder with steel cutters when I decided enough was enough. The Melitta is easy to use and far quieter in operation. Press the button and by the time you have the percolator rinsed and filled the grind is done. Fantastic range of grind settings which with a little bit of experimenting gives exactly what you need. Comes apart for cleaning. Cup quantities ground tend to give quite strong coffee when brewed but again a little bit of tweaking will have you in your own coffee heaven. Feels well built so I expect it to last

Small footprint. Fast and accurate milling and it looks nice. What more could you ask?

Some ground coffee still gets stuck just above the rubber colar inside the grinder, so once the container with ground coffee is removed that’s when the left behind coffee grinds decide to land all around the worktop in the kitchen and some even manage to make their way onto the floor which makes the process of using the machine a bit messy but fun
