Superfast, with amazing graphics. I bought this for graphics work, in particular Photoshop. I am not a technical person so can't talk specifics but I have been using the laptop for over a week now and it is perfect for my purposes. I cannot review it as a gaming laptop though I do know my teenage boys are itching to get their hands on it! But for what I bought it for, it's fabulous. Love the keyboard in particular - responsive keys, comfortable to use and lights up at the press of the first key, which in bad lighting is great. I actually haven't found anything I don't like about this laptop yet.

This laptop was recommended by an It friend. Its fast, lightweight and looks good. It's great that as a family we can all use the same Microsoft product for the one price.

Not as straight forward as I’d thought. I’ve installed dozens of Microsoft products over the years but this was my first subscription one. All of the products are great, no surprises, but installation and download were tricky. The fact my daughter uses her own Microsoft account on the same computer didn’t help at all it kept defaulting to her.
