This was no problem to download, but to find out how to install on my wife's computer, we had to look on you tube.

It's Office 365. As you'd expect from a "proper" retailer, it's legit and works fine.

It does what it says on the tin, is easy to move data from previous machines and the clarity of the display is excellent
