How did we live without this fantastic gadget! I've used it almost everyday. It's not so big that your worktop is swamped. It doesn't get too hot underneath, and the ceramic crisper plate is great. You do need to be aware of how you're going to get the food out if you have the crisper plate in the lower position, tho'. Plan ahead. Chips are nice & crunchy on the outside, fluffy within. Quiche & pastry parcels have been perfect, too. If you've been postponing buying this, get on it today!
