The first one was damaged it's average

Love the Food Dual Zone, best air fryer I have ever had, and there have been 2 other brands before this one. I have even recommended this to friends...... To my horror the thing went bang (literally) whilst cooking tonight's meal and took out the kitchen electrics. It was only bought on 23rd Jan 2021.

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong but started off simple with roast new potatoes and jacket potatoes cooked as per the manual. Both were still hard after 50 minutes! Not impressed so far to be honest :(

The Ninja is very easy to use and understand although we found cooking things by trial and error was better than just sticking to the enclosed booklets.

Disappointed. I had borrowed my sisters Ninja, next size up which was amazing. This is very slow and does not crisp in the same way at all,spend the extra and go for the larger one with the bronze handles. I wish had but living alone thought this would be fine.

If you specifically want a grey coloured fryer - Don't order this one. I ordered one and it arrived promptly, but when I opened the box it was black, plus the chrome tray handles shown on the pictures were in fact just a black plastic finish. To be fair, AOL were reasonably helpful but couldn't really explain why my product was black rather than grey and they did collect the fryer from my home the day after I requested the return. Hopefully the refund will be in my account within the next few days

Need to get to know how to use it a bit better, tried cooking a few different things. Getting better at it but not 100% impressed as yet. May go to 5 stars as I use it more and get used to it. Frozen fries, weren’t impressed and ended up taking longer than the oven. Same with other things. Perhaps I’m doing it wrong.

I thought getting the dual fryer was a good idea as you can cook 2 different things at the same time and different temperatures which as a whole is great but i replaced this from a xl fryer and the compartment was very large and i could fit almost anything in it! Now i can't with the dual they are very small compartments and can't some thngs in which is a nuisance @
