I needed a new vacuum cleaner since I move to a new property. Pros: Agile in vacuum mode Decent price Decent battery Light at the end to see dark spaces Cons: Heavy to use one-handed and if you're trying to vacuum the ceiling The trash bin is tricky to open The vacuum picks up dirt quite well. It is agile when vacuuming the floor. However, it is not so comfortable for one-hand operation for cleaning ceilings and other tight spaces. Although it seems like a gimmick, it allows me to see when I'm vacuuming in dark spaces. The interface of the vacuum is pretty simple too. There are only two buttons. One to turn it on, and the other to adjust its suction strength. The battery indicator isn't too granular and can only measure the remaining power to the nearest 30% The cleaner also comes with a "tree" to charge and hold all the accessories. That's rather neat and handy for those living in a small house. However, the vacuum cleaner's bin is a bit tricky to release and re-install. In addition, you have to touch the dust a bit when removing the filter "cap" for the bin. All in all, the device is a good device at a decent price. The pros of the device greatly outweigh the cons.

Iv never had a stick vacuum before and have always kept loyal to my wired vacuum but I had seen the benefits in friends houses so I kept an open mind on this product. Unboxing it, I was really impressed with his aesthetic appearance. The colour is very classy and the machine looks very sleek. The attachments that came with it meant it may make easy of different surfaces. However not to be swayed by this, I put it on charge. I found the battery charging symbol not staying on a little confusing. I thought maybe the wore was loose for example but it turned out this is just normal with stick vacuums. So today I tried on my carpet which is vacuumed once a day every single day. I was actually shocked beyond belief at how much dust was picked up with just one forward roll of the vacuum. I vacuum everyday so it was very shocking. I then went on to vacuum th3 whole living room and I can honestly say my carpet looks brand new! Seeing the dust tub in the vacuum shows me how dirty the floor really was and was not clear despite daily vacuuming. I am really impressed and my husband even was astounded to not only how clean the carpet looked, but actually how much dust was picked up. This Aeg stick vacuum delivered both on looks and performance and I absolutely love it! A really game changer.

Very fast delivery with the tracking. Each attachment was wrapped in the paper wrapping, which is positive because all the packaging is easily recyclable. The setting of low/ med/ high is a great addition, but I found the auto setting perfect. It seemed to reduce when in the tiles flooring but then also pick back up when into the carpet. Attachments are also worthwhile. Not too big, so I can get to small areas. The flexible head tool is also handy for reaching high up, awkward to reach surfaces such as shelves/cupboard tops. Vacuum doesn't have a problem to vacuum the areas next to the wall, shelfs. I would prefer the power station will be attached to the wall. The vacuum could have another attachment to the hoover on the pipe, so I could have any needed attachment with me. In my opinion vacuum should have time on the screen, so I could know if I can vacuum all house. The battery doesn't hold for long, but it is enough time to hoover all house. Amazing, lightweight, powerful and effective. Would highly recommend to anyone

Initially when I decided to buy this I was a bit hesitant because I didn’t expect it to have much power. When I received it I still wasn’t too sure because of the weight. However, upon assembling the machine and charging it for the required time, I was blown away!! The power on this machine is brilliant!! Not only is it lightweight but it’s so powerful it’s unbelievable! The three setting (low medium high) is especially convenient when you have a combination of carpets and laminate because when you slide on and off into the different surfaces, it automatically adjusts and I love this feature! It has an array of little attachments to really help get into every nook and crevice and I really do like the fact that it has a super thin nozzle to help get deep into those tight spaces. The attachments surrounds the floor stand are not bulky at all and fits perfectly in the corner of the house or it can even be wall mounted. I have found the run time on a full charge is more than sufficient for me and with three young children in the house this is saying something! I definitely would recommend anyone who is looking for something lightweight and efficient, to buy this. The quality really does reflect the price and you definitely won’t be disappointed.

I was debating for a long time whether I wanted to take the plunge and spend so much money on a vacuum but I now have to say that I’m so glad I did! When I first opened the box I was a little overwhelmed at the sheer number of attachments, there is literally an attachment for everything! It took me a while to understand exactly how to set up the charging stand as the instructions are not that in-depth. However, within about 30 minutes everything was set up and sitting snuggly on the stand. I love how this vacuum just magnetic clicks into the charger, you don’t need to faff about detaching the battery. The on-screen visual is obvious when it’s charging, then goes blank when fully charged. It looks sleek and stylish, and although mine is tucked away in a cupboard (the cable is a very good length that is can sit a good distance away from a plug socket), I wouldn’t mind it being out on view at all! When it comes to using the vacuum it’s super easy, you just turn it on and there is a visual display showing you the power setting. At first I assumed I would need it on turbo to combat my four-pet carpet but I quickly realised that was absolutely not needed. I now keep it on auto and it cleans the carpets and hard floors perfectly - you even get very sleek ‘carpet lines’, the battery lasts much longer this way also. I can do my full 2-up, 2-down on one charge using the auto setting. The one slight downside for me is the size of the dust compartment, as I have very hairy pets I do need to empty it frequently - but it is easy to do and relatively mess-free. My favourite attachment is the upholstery one, it does my sofas really well and picks all hairs up very easily. As the vacuum is light-weight it is easy to use with one hand in this fashion. The other attachments are useful and I like how they all have a space to live on the charger stand. Overall I am very happy with this vacuum, I feel like it was well-worth the price tag and I would highly recommend this to anyone that wants a stylish, powerful, and highly effective vacuum.

This is my first ever cordless vacuum cleaner. It was quite a culture shock not being tethered to a cord and what a life changer! This vacuum looks so posh and I love the bronze colour scheme. I have a large 5 bed house and the charge easily covers my house with no problems at all. It has several different settings for suction power for every type of floor surface and it coped with it with ease. I have every tool you could possibly need for use on the stairs etc. i love this vacuum I just wish I had taken the plunge and got one years ago!

The stand makes it very convenient to store, when you put the vacuum on the stand it has some magnetic click to help you find the right position effortlessly. It's perfect without moulding the vacuum to the wall like some other brands, or leaving it flat around the house which takes a lot of space. I also like the display of battery and different suction modes on the vacuum but would like to have another button to be able to turn on/off the light on the vacuum head as I found it unnecessary most the time. The filter is easily detached and attached as needed, good capacity for a one/two bedroom flat. One minus point is the battery, not sure if this is me only, but I used the Mid mode to clean my two bedroom flat and it went from fully charged (3 bars) down to 1 bar at the end of the session. Personally this is not the most light weight cordless vacuum cleaner I had, it rolls around with a little limited angle sometimes for narrow space (using the carpet and wood floor nozzles), nonetheless it does the job of cleaning house perfectly with 3 different power modes and many attachments that are suitable for all kinds of surface. Plus the noise from AEG 8000 is pretty low, my cat is not scared of the sound when I clean the floor so I am very happy with that. Overall, I would recommend this if you are looking to try a cordless to replace the good old corded vacuum cleaner:)"

I've had this for a few weeks now and it has been working wonderfully! I haven't used all the deatures yet but there are several ways to clean up. I really like the bronze look too. I also has an issue with the delivery date that I had selected but the customer service was able to sort it out for me.
