Very easy to place the order through ao.com, Delivery well organised and kept up to date with a more precise time of arrival. The two delivery drivers were both very helpful and polite. The fridge freezer is absolutely great, I have plenty of space and it is easy to organise my food within both sections. It has also been straight forward to register the two year guarantee.

we brought this fridge freezer as our old one broke and it needed to be the exact size to fit in our space as we recently put a suround on the last one so this product had to be the right size in every way and it was the size was exact to what it stated the colour was brilliant. inside you had a great freezer space with two draws and alot of shelving perfect for a family week shop the fridge was bigger than the freezer so bare that in mind if you freeze more than u buy fresh the fridge has two big draws at the bottom with one having the harvest fresh technology which in my experience so far does keep your fresh veg for longer plus more space on the shelves for your other bits and bobs the tempreture reached the correct temprture fairly quickly and it wasnt too long before we could go and buy a first shop. i found that overal the fridge freezer was a great buy. there was some kind of app that you can use but not sure what it does or what its for as when i tried to do it the bar code inside the fridge did not work so i dont know weather this is for a newer model or im just not doing it right

I'm happy with the beko American style fridge/freezer, it's just as good as my other beko that stopped working, i would recommend it to anyone seriously looking for a fridge/freezer to consider buying one.

Does the job really well. Lots of space inside and well organised. Water dispenser slimline holds around 2L.
