The dogs owner was too stressed to use the old roller ball on the stairs, ergonomically and the weight, twas too awkward for such task, and with two dogs shedding as much hair as a merino at sheering time on a weekly basis, it wasn't cutting the mustard. The pet pro element of this is great, apparently, the main floor belts do the carpets and fill the dust/hair collector at a rate of about a quarter of a room at a time(we have the XL), its sickening how much more this picked up compared to other bagless cyclone technology sounds like pieson vacuum cleaners. The hose attachment for the stairs, not only sounds brilliant, takes everything out of the carpet along with the lift away feature making her balancing act on the stairs easy and not so comical unfortunately. So far no tangled mess or blockages, no more socks lives have been harmed since buying this product.

Very good vacuum cleaner with a good suction especially dogs hair, Swivel head that goes round corners to make vacuuming easier, Only down problem is it is a bit heavy to push could be a bit lighter. I would recommend it to family and friends.

plenty of suction but machine is cumbersome to use because it is heavy,but it picks up all of the dog hair and more dust than i thought it would.

I have ordered this hoover as a replacement for my old shark hoover. I can safely say this is an amazing hoover the suction on this hoover is out of this world and the handy tools which comes with the hoover has come in handy to clean the car.

The hoover seems very powerful, ran over a small area recently cleaned and an amazing amount of dust came out, so far very impressed. Due to its power it does tend to lift some carpets up but this can be remedied by altering the floor setting. The unit is heavy which we were aware of prior to purchase so no surprise there. Have not tried the anti hair wrap tool on the stairs yet. So far seems a very capable hoover.

Amazing on pet hair and great drum capacity.
