The oven was delivered minus a plug!!! There is no wire rack that should sit on the grill tray!!!

Love the slideaway door, the hideaway controls, and that so far, it cooks to absolute perfection! ?? However, I've found the instruction manual quite difficult to follow, and struggled to remove the shelf supports and pull-out rail for cleaning...so I'm reluctant to even attempt to remove the door for cleaning, just yet! The manual lists the different settings available for baking, but doesn't explain how to cook the basics, eg; roast potatoes. A Neff cookery booklet showing recipes that use all the different settings would be amazing, and a really helpful addition for less confident cooks like me, to make the very most of this brilliant multi-functional oven! ??

Biggest problem is that oven door is not well enough sealed. I had to take it apart after only 2 months because of a drip between the glass panels. This in itself was a major production which took me three hours to do successfully (following the NEFF YouTube video) . Then I could not re attach the door and had to call for customer service. Very very disappointed. Shouldn’t have happened . I really regret buying this oven.

I am very pleased with my new oven.I especially like the fold away oven door..It stops me from burning my arms. I also like the quick heat up oven option.

This is my second Neff Hide and Slide And I love it!! The door does not completely disappear with this model but it’s still awesomely designed so you aren’t reaching over a hot door. Also love that the switches push in making it look very neat. Go Neff and AO for brilliant price and service!!!

Excellent product

This oven is excellent, easy to fit and goes into a single kitchen 600x600 space exactly. It’s easy to use and clean. Very, very impressed.

Great product, well packed -so no damage- and delivered on time. One slight disappointment is that the timer buzzer is much quieter than on the old Neff oven which this product has just replaced. The result is that we no longer get an alert audible outside the kitchen. The slide and hide door is a great improvement!
