While it has a nice appearance and did thoroughly wash and dry clothes on its first cycle, this washer dryer stopped working after just one wash. Paired with the very long cycle times for a basic wash (2hr30+), and the inability of the Beko engineer to repair the machine in the first visit, we've decided to opt for a replacement with another model.

This washer dryer is very flimsy on the front panel and door , just plastic. My unit was very loud , on 1400 spin I thought it was going to come apart or break up my units on either side as very unstable even though I checked and double checked it was 100 % level . Returned this and when removing it front under the units I noticed the top was damaged at the right side. Good service from AO customer services, sorted out new washer / dryer for next day delivery.

I really like the quick wash - 28mins and a pile of things are all done. The eco wash is 2.5 hours which isn't bad. First time I used the wash and dry cycle (3.5hrs) it was amazing! Towels perfectly dry. But the second time I used it everything came out stuck together and over dried. It's mostly very quiet but does get lively during spin cycle. Was great getting AO to remove old one and fit new one - definitely worth paying for.

Wash and dry functions work well but is let down by excessive vibration

This is a very quiet machine during the wash cycle. It doesn't however have a self-balancing drum as my old washer/dryer that was at least 16 years old had and it shakes the entire house on a spin cycle no matter how much or little you have in the machine or what speed it spins at. Definitely not to be used if someone is trying to sleep.

A very good washer/dryer for the price. If you really want your clothes dry, I recommend only filling the drum half full, as anymore will come out damp. Nice and quiet when operating is a big plus

Great for washing. Still figuring out the drying cycles as they all seem to over dry everything.

Great looks; fits snugly in space available; programme dial very easy & intuitive; Super Wuick prog. is as fast as name suggests - can be as little as 14 mins.; some drying progs. take much longer, depending on weight and extent of drying. Need to find out about some other facilities (e.g. steam, anti-allergic, …). Overall, very pleased so far, after 1 month.
