Garbage, was dead on arrival, Beko sent an engineer out to repair, engineer even said they were no good. I should have rejected it on the spot but needed a working tuble dryer asap. 17 months later failed again, Beko not the slightest bit interested. Never again

No issues for 2 months however on the 3rd month we have found an issue with the seal and Samsung have refused to help sort out. Would’ve expected a washing machine of this price to last longer than 3 months before issues, very disappointed!

Great product

Overall happy with it, looks nice and dries items quickly. It is noisy but so are most tumblers. Not 5 stars as less than a month old (as soon as we got it) it is making a high pitched squeaking noise so will need to get onto ao/beko. Not ideal for a brand new appliance and makes me lose faith that it’s faulty from brand new or possibly damaged in transit.

Great dryer.. Looks good, large drum. Especially like the sensor, so stops before the timer has finished if the washing is dry!

Really smart efficient device would highly recommend.

I had a heat pump dryer before this one and decided that the extra expense was perhaps not worth it - so I bought this one as an alternative. This dryer is great. Still getting used to it - but it performs well. i would definitely recommend.

Generous drying capacity and a good selection of programs. So far, we are impressed. AO delivery and service as good as always.
