Bought this based on the excellent reviews. It worked well for the first few months and then suddenly stopped. After long hold times with Beko, finally managed to have an engineer visit. Although the machine was only a few months old, they refused a replacement but repaired the fault. Unsurprisingly just a few months later, it has stopped heating again. It was really difficult to get through to Beko (kept being put on hold / forwarded to different numbers and being asked to repeat the same questions etc) but finally managed to arrange another engineer visit. I had to take a day off from work for this as they said the engineer will visit any time from 9-5. I have now been informed by Beko the engineer will not be visiting as scheduled because he is waiting for a spare part (the engineer has not visited or checked the machine so unsure how they are already sure what spare part is required already). It’s been 3 weeks now, since I have a non-functioning dryer, it’s incredibly frustrating as it’s clear they have supplied a faulty product. Also, be aware their one year guarantee does not cover spare parts and you will have to pay for it yourself irrespective of whether they have supplied a faulty machine - they will not accept that. Definitely would advise avoiding Beko

This item was delivered faulty. We were asked to contact the manufacturer who then arranged for another company to call out to try and fix. 1 visit to confirm the fault was as we explained and another visit to bring the wrong part and then told it could not be repaired and a replacement was arranged. Really frustrating to have to use 4 days of my holiday allowance to help ao.com deliver me a tumble dryer is really not what I wanted. Will not be in a rush to use or recommend ao.com in the future!

Beko dryer arrived and was faulty and did not work. Beko could bot send a replacement until an engineer had viewed it two weeks later. AO were amazing, arranged for the Beko to be collected and an alternative dryer to be delivered within 48 hours.

IT'S NOT QUIET!! sorry the dryer was on. I googled "clothes dryer quiet silent", this one placed highest in my price range. The on button has to be pressed hard and exactly in the right place as it's a flat panel button. If you are after quiet then spend more. This one is fairly standard.

Overall does the job but noisier than it’s stated 64 db bit cheap and flimsy door opening just a tug on the left top corner a little worried it may become an issue in later years The reverse crease guard works vey well and machine is easy to use

Needed a tumble dryer that looked as close a match to my washing machine as possible and this was it. Once it starts up it dries well but the start/pause button is extremely unresponsive and sometimes takes an age to get going going after umpteen presses.

So far so good. I particularly wanted a tumble dryer that didn’t think it knew when clothes weee dry and would then cut out. This is much more straight forward a B d dries clothes according to the chosen setting. Simple to install and easy to use.
