Easy to use, count down timer is a huge bonus, no more guessing when it might finish the cycle! Spin is higger than my previous machine, yet the washing seems too wet at the end of the cycle ao having to extra spin each wash

We had to send this back & buy a Zanussi as the Beko was juddering, moving across the kitchen floor and jammed itself against the side wall of the space it was in. (A friend who knows a bit about this, said that it was possible that the weights inside it were out of balance.) AO were highly efficient in collecting the Beko and installing the Zanussi, which is working really well and very quietly.

Good product does exactly what it says, it’s very simple to use good value for money. I would recommend this washing machine, I replaced this due to the fact my Meile eventually pack up after 16 years, not sure how long this will last ( but ao )

Not our first purchase of a Beko product, (an upright fridge/freezer is still giving sterling service) but on this current unit's workload so far, be it all only a month in service, we are looking forward to a healthy, satisfactory lifetime. A large, singular, centrally mounted control knob for the individual programme information is mounted alongside an equally large information screen which gives a bright, sharp display of all things numerical. As part of a 'practical' kit, a 'noise reduction plate' (to be fitted to the underside) is included, but I can honestly say that in all the years of having motor driven home appliances, this unit is most certainly the quietest we have ever had and (although accidentally omitted from being fitted) the need for this 'plate' is, even said by 'the better half' to be a 'throwaway item' will be put aside for a rainy day !
