Bought this model as heat pump driers are more economical to use and it has already had a lot of use. It is fairly quiet and easy to use. So far very pleased with the tumble dryer. I also like the look of this drier. At the moment I can not think of any downsides.

Once again this is an excellent product from BEKO. It looks very smart and my wife finds it is easy to operate; put in towels and point the dial at towels and start, put in bedding and point it to bedding and start. You get the idea. When it's finished it's easy to pour away the water and clean the filter, ready for the next time. We have never been bothered about how long it takes, more important is how much it costs to run and the meter certainly flashes a lot lot slower than our old machine. When it is finished the clothes are ready to put away or iron. Can't ask for more.

Great product, best machine I've had and would definately recommend

Seems to be a good dryer, the instructions for plumbing it in could be a lot clearer though. Well made.

It's fantastic! So quiet compared to our old machine, the noise it does make is very gentle on the ears more like a nice white noise than a machine. All clothes come out super soft, perfectly dry and seem like new. We are so happy with this product and would highly recommend.

I am still getting used to the programmes which is why I have given it 4 stars not 5. I like the appliance so far
