Excellent product, particularly pleased with the drum light which is a novelty and allows to see inside for errant socks. The intelligent drying feature is a little temperamental but this seems to occur when there is a very small load such that the machine cannot readily detect humidity of the clothes with any accuracy. Overall recommended and energy consumption in particular is low compared to other technologies.

Great capacity but rather slow, more as a result of the type. Attractive to look at and medium noise

We bought this heat pump 9kg tumble dryer as the rating is A++ and 259kw/annum. As we only use a tumble dryer in the winter 2 or 3 times a week, the rest of the year we hang the washing outside and also on sunny windy days in winter, so this seems like the perfect dryer. On the cottons eco setting the "standard drying programme" uses 2,17kwh for a 9kg of washing can be dried for just over £1 in Nov 2022. The overall energy consumption is just under half of our previous Bosch condenser tumble dryer which had an energy consumption of over 500kw/annum So far everything has dried perfectly.

Really easy to set up and go! Our first ever tumble dryer and so far very impressed! Came really quickly, easy to install and running nicely!

Honestly this dryer is a massive improvement than our old candy heat pump, stylish and looks the part too…. We ended up getting the washer to match ????

Great looking product and very quiet compared to my old condenser dryer. I was worried after reading some reviews that the drying times will be greatly extended but they are similar to my old dryer, that and the fact it doesn't waste all the heat it uses to dry the laundry is a win for me, not sure about the energy use yet.

Brilliant machine. It takes 1 hour 50 for an average dry cycle, but things come out evenly dry and seems very gentle on clothes. Reassuring to know it's not devouring electricity too as with a big family we need it on most days.
