Have no idea how good it is as still trying to find a good way to connect it to the under sink plumbing. It includes a drainage kit for this but it is basically a tube and nothing else. The tube is not a standard UK size so will not attach to a washing machine under sink fitting. Searching the internet comes up with no great ideas on fitting to plumbing. In my humble opinion it should not be sold in this country without a standard uk fitting for the plumbing. May be looking to return this if I do not find a way to attach to under sink plumbing

Although Beko say the door is reversible, it is not. Me and two different appliance engineers could not do it. AO were great, prompt delivery and their customer service people got Beko out for me free free of charge, when Beko were going to charge me and essentially called me an idiot for not being able to do it.

I give it 2 stars only because it came faulty, it’s a very good dryer and I’ll recommended but it came with broken water tank, I’ve contacted AO and they email Beko, it’s been a week and I have no answer from any of them

Had the delivery / installation team install the tumble dryer, and they couldn't get it working, ended up leaving after fiddling around with it for 20 minutes and left me having to call up to get an engineer out. I'm sure if it did work it could be nice, but until then it's just a beeping machine that's taking up space.

Delivery etc great. Unsure about product yet - as per other purchasors advice, it does take significantly longer than standard (vented) dryers which isn't so much of an issue, however even after a full drying time clothes are often still a little bit damp to the touch and seem to be much more susceptible to ending up tied up in a knot in this machine versus others we've had before (tend to find I have to stop the machine at least once during any cycle to make sure contents are still separated).

It works well, heat pump means it can take longer than traditional dryers but if you plan well the lower heat and less shrinkage makes up for it. Delivery was on time and painless, would buy again

Very good heat pump dryer, but little bit more noisy like I expected, but overall very good for the price.
