Great product - takes a bit of getting used to as it runs much cooler than the tumble driers I have had in the past but by using the cotton pogramme clothes come out less creased and somewhat drier than on the alternative programmes. By using the drain direct into the washing machine drain you avoid having to empty out the condensed water container which is much simpler. The lint collectors are sturdy and easy to clean. Overall very pleased and hope the electricity used will be considerably reduced.

Quite impressed so far, the filters are easy to remove and clean, also easy to empty the water tank which saves that annoying hole in the wall.

I took a long time to choose which tumble dryer to use and I am not disappointed with this one. It is really good looking, easy to use and for a 9kg capacity dryer, really good value. After having clothes drying around the house for many years because I wanted to 'live lightly' on the planet I was really pleased to see the energy rating of the heat pump tumble dryers. I'm still getting used to it and the settings are not always 100% accurate - a mixed load on dry ++ only gets clothes iron dry for example - I need to put them on for another hour. However, I think this is more about me getting used to the capacity and mix of clothes I use because I dried a duvet within the time allowed for it the other day. The light inside the drum is really helpful and the option to have different levels of 'dry' helpful. I really like the hygiene setting and the steam function. The water tank and fluff filter is really easy to use and everything comes out feeling soft and fresh. No more crispy towels!

We have really liked this machine - I'd have given it 5 stars but hadn't thought that the water compartment would need to be emptied as often as it does.

Good dryer , a little noisy but we have it in separate laundry room.
