Whoa is all I can say! The best, hot hairstyler I have owned! I have hemiplegic cerebral palsy, so I am only able to use one hand! I was looking for a dryer and brush in one, with a brush attachment, that isn’t too large and bulky! My hair is fine and goes frizzy. I’ve always had to wear Alice bands to make it look tidy and hide the frizz. This hot air styler is brilliant. It arrived this afternoon and I’ve just used it after my post gym bath! My hair is almost like I’ve come out of the hair dresser! My hair is smooth and has a shine too it!

Works very well. My hair is dry with no frizz on low heat. Glad I made this purchase. As usual delivering was quick.

Good quality product! Easy to use can dry and style wet hair at the same time which saves a lot of time!!

It makes my hair really smooth, dries it really fast, all the tools are easy to use. Bristles are good and doesn't pull the hair.

Worst Babyliss product I have ever purchased. Poor customer service too from Babyliss and ao.com. I to have the big hair which is amazing, thought this maybe abit of an upgrade as I have had it for years, but really is not worth buying. Would take hours to dry my hair properly and it’s extremely fine. Have at least 7/8 Babyliss products and this experience has put me off them completely. Will not be purchasing Babyliss again. Really disappointed. In the box is where it will stay as I wouldn’t want to fob this off on anyone else.
