Worst Babyliss product I have ever purchased. Poor customer service too from Babyliss and ao.com. I to have the big hair which is amazing, thought this maybe abit of an upgrade as I have had it for years, but really is not worth buying. Would take hours to dry my hair properly and it’s extremely fine. Have at least 7/8 Babyliss products and this experience has put me off them completely. Will not be purchasing Babyliss again. Really disappointed. In the box is where it will stay as I wouldn’t want to fob this off on anyone else.

As a hair dryer it's great but the curling wand is awful. I love the barrel brush attachment and use that the most. Would be a good start for someone wanting to learn how to do their hair and it looks nice but if you want something more you need to pay a bit more money.

Do I like this product ? Not sure I’m sitting on the fence . Not as good as the babybliss big hair which I’ve used for years . Thought I’d give this new product of theirs a go . It seems ok just fiddley with the glove etc . Would I buy again ? Probably not .

So far this hair styler seems pretty good. Adds a bit of volume and has good attachments. Dried my hair quickly (my hair is quite fine). Looking forward to getting used to it more and trying it out for different styles.

Bought for wife’s birthday and she’s noticed loves it.

Xmas present for my wife she loved it just what she was looking for.
