Would definitely recommend! Given I’ve moved from a tiny vented 3kg tumble dryer that was either on or off, so not only is having a heat pump version being a nice change from a energy efficiency perspective, being able to monitor the load via an app is absolutely insane and so effective! Not only that, but the water collects in the door! As someone with ADHD, having the visual cue to empty it before each cycle is a game changer! I chose this integrated one simply because the platform it’s on isn’t very deep and my utility room door is narrow as well. I was not thrilled about the look of it since it’s meant to be behind a door, but in person it’s really quite snazzy! Getting the machine to connect took a bit of doing, but I’ve not had any issues since. My clothes seem dryer but also not over-dried, and I absolutely can’t wait to see how my big bed sheets do. There’s also a multitude of options to choose from so you can literally dry anything safely by the looks of things! I didn’t use the anti crease feature and there were very few creases, so I’m very excited to see what the difference is with this feature! It feels a bit sad to get so excited about a tumble dryer, but it’s absolutely fantastic! Definitely worth the money and the entire purchasing process from comparing the different machines, to the follow up call confirming details, the delivery itself and setting up AO care was so smooth and everyone was so lovely. Since moving into my own home, all appliances have come from AO and I don’t think that will ever change!

So far it's fantastic, no issues at all, would consider buying again in the future.

fantastic product with so many choices of programme that you can dry anything

So far so good. A lot smaller than our older one, but with a bigger drum which is a bonus for space saving!

I bought this as an upgrade to my 10 year old tumble drier that had given up the ghost plus I wanted an integrated model which was cheaper and more energy efficient to run. I am now 3 weeks into using it and I’m delighted with the performance, but I must stress for anyone wanted to invest in a new machine the technology and functionality has improved and it’s a bit more complex to use but once you overcome this and you maximise the functions you’ll not be disappointed. I love the WiFi and the machine messages messaged me to say it’s dry, needs de-fluffing or emptied of water which is handy when you’re busy doing other things. Also love the water collection bowl fitted to the door and the programs give great results for different loads. On average I think it’s taking slightly longer to dry but the clothes are less static, and less creased and I’ve noticed a lot less fluff to empty from the filter. The AO team were excellent in terms of delivery and the best value when I compared.
