Oven does not come with a power plug! How ridiculous to not include the one thing you need to make the oven work!!!

We had seen these Beko ovens advertised on the T.V and thought that they looked O.K. On unpacking it looked quite cheap looking (to be fair it was quite cheap) and after fitting it rattled worse than the old Zanussi it replaced. Returned to A.O without any fuss and they gave us £50 towards a replacement. We then bought a Hoover brand oven which was £100 more but well worth the extra. It looks and works like a dream.

Disappointed to receive this oven with no wire attached. Bit ridiculous considering paying over £200 for it to come with no wire. Extremely dissatisfied, this was not even mentioned when purchasing, no option given to add a wire as an additional part. Poor customer service AO!

Love the colour and the look off the oven. However when was delivered made the worse noice ever. Had to get people out which took 4 days. So been without an oven for 4 days. Good customer service how ever bad experience as when you pay for a new oven you expect it to be working.

Looks good and seems to work pretty well. But the installation was a total pain. Electrical block at the rear of the oven has useless plastic catches, which doesn't hold the cable at all, leaving it relatively loose. Plus the connectors really aren't designed for the thickness of 6mm (recommended size of cable). Is much noisier than I would have expected and the fan goes on for some time in the cool down process, again fairly noisily.

The oven looks fine and so far(only had it 2 weeks) works well BUT the glass front on the oven door does get very hot ( I can hold my hand on the front for few seconds) I have contacted beko to check if this normal.

It's a basic oven that does the job I need, there is not a lot fancy about it, timer is basic but works to turn he heat off, (not sure I can time ot going on however) but happy that I got what I paid for

Very good. Only slight criticism is that the knobs could have been better marked I've put some stick on arrows on to make it easier to see.
