This tumble dryer has been a nightmare. It beeps throughout the cycle it’s so annoying. The panel doesn’t recognise when trying to push the buttons so you have to keep pressing and pressing until it finally works. Had someone look at it and they said it’s a common problem with this style, condensation gets on to the circuit board. Definitely avoid!

Very poor tumble dryer only had it 16 months and its not drying the clothes very dissapointed !

Never had such a dislike for a kitchen appliance. First time of using struggled to pull door open. Checked to see if there was a door release but manual stated pull on handle. Subsequent when pulling hard to open door the plastic water tank crashed to our quarry tile floor cracking it. The touch buttons you have to press really hard several times to work. Have had drier for 4 months and used about 5 times as dread trying to open door. Have now contacted Baumatic ??

Rubbish product. Buttons on the front panel stopped working after 7 months, manufacturer has been unable to provide a replacement part. Hoover Candy customer service is shocking.

I bought this product 1.5 years ago. It no longer dries the clothes / collects water Customer service from the manufacturer was very poor and now having to look to pay for the repairs ourselves After such a short period of time, you would expect these things to be covered

Had to fault this dryer twice. First the water tank broke and secondly the dryer program freezes with 2 minutes remaining on the clock so the program would just go on and on until stopped manually.

Absolutely terrible, constantly the program is stuck in the last 2 min and is never ending until I don’t stop it and is over drying the clothes so all our clothes are shrink. I don’t recommend this tumble dryer.

We've had this tumble drier for a little over a year now and chose it for its energy efficiency credentials. In all honesty it's actually less efficient because the washing is rarely dry after a full cycle (and I'm not overloading it!) and the clothes come out SO creased resulting in far more ironing than I'd like to be doing. To top it off it's just started showing an error code and guess what - we're out of warranty. I wish I'd not bothered with an integrated tumble drier and stuck with my trusty Beko!
