Only been a week but up to now it is not performing very well dryer running for two and a half hours with only a small load and clothes still not dry

Shocking, causing condensation In the neighbouring units. Hoover have been out and said it’s the ventilation even though I have a vent on it. I’m convinced the seal has gone on the door, it gets quite hot but no one is interested not even AO . Saying I have to have the door open to use it. I’m disgusted in the service from both companies and will be taking this further .

Rubbish. The drum failed after 12 months. The company are not interested in helping you out. It was JUST outside warranty and they gave us nothing. Told me it was an un economical repair and I had to buy a new dryer. Horrendous.

Purchased this dryer to replace my old vented Baumatic dryer which has now been discontinued, there is very little choice when purchasing an integrated tumble dryer. They are all heat pumps. I think it’s dreadful, takes forever to dry no matter what setting you use. frankly I wish I’d never bought it, If I’d realised how bad it was I would’ve purchased a normal dryer and put it in my garage.

First one was noisy noisy noisy sounding like you’ve got a pair of trainers in it even though it was empty. AO replaced it for the same one and it was noisy noisy noisy. This one is being sent back and we are buying a different one. Why does AO allow poor quality items to be sold - ruins their reputation.

Just about to return the 2nd of these. The buttons are not great, the don't seem to recognise that you are pressing them, I struggled to start both dryers. The 2nd unit also had button issues but also a loud thumping noise when in use as if you had a big pair of trainers tumbling around in the drum. Integrated dryer choices are very poor, we are going to order a freestanding one now. AO.COM have been great though.

Since fitting has made a ticking sound. The fan also sounds like it grinds. No call back from manufacturer despite requesting - unable to wait for hours to ao no live chat available. Shocking service. Shame because it looks nice. Although I appear to be keeping in as unable to contact anyone for replacement so just as well.
