So far I've had two of these machines delivered and they keep making a horrendous banging noise when the dryer drum rotates. Asked the last delivery person to check it and he told me it's because the legs are not level which they are! Now waiting to get hold of an engineer. It's been a month now and I still haven't got a working machine. I know it's the machine because my parents bought the same one at the same time and we've installed it in exactly the same way.

Poor build quality the water container is tricky to get seated properly in door all the time, slide in/out at top would be better. Hinges for integrated door cheap and flimsy, door opens with wobble effect and top of door takes different path than the bottom. No way to attach plinth, the bottom at front is too far forward so plinth for other units can not continue in front of this, there is a filter there also that needs access. The filter by the door also tiny so needs cleaning every cycle. seems to dry ok, but does continue once clothes dry, shouldn't it stop at that point... stick with non integrated bosch if you can

Never realised Baumatic was Hoover otherwise i wouldn't have purchased. Great concept of collecting water in the door but to say its an integrated appliance there's a filter down by the plinth what needs emptying regularly which is awkward to access. Drying time is much slower than normal, but uses less electric so i guess that's a bonus? Bedding/ throws are a problem to dry as they just roll into a big knot which is not ideal!

Takes absolutely ages to dry clothes compared to our defunct vented dryer - realise that our vented dryer was not environmentally friendly or energy efficient so it is going to be a stress when doing a load of laundry when it’s too cold outside to dry clothes on the line.

Seems like it’s 50/50 if you get a working unit. Our one leaked, sticky buttons and the same as other reviews where it sounds like a pair of trainers are spinning and banging around.

Has leaked since it was plugged in. Awaiting an engineer to visit. Also makes a thud like a drum in every revolution.

Very disappointed with this tumble dryer. The clothes are damp and smell awful, I've never in my 36 years of married life had such a disappointing tumble dryer. A complete waste of money wish I could return it. Emails to the manufacturer have been ignored. However cannot fault AO.co

Just brought one of these, I've never been disappointed with an appliance but I am with this. Clothes come out smelling awful I've tried comfort tumble dryer sheets and still smell bad. I've emailed the manufacturers to see if there is anything I could try, but they have not replied. Can't believe I've wasted my money resorted to putting things on the line, come off the line less creased than this tumble dryer, but back to work next week and won't be able to use the line. My advice DONT BUY ONE
