Having had a Bosch Athlet before (which eventually failed due to the battery), I knew they were good machines. Also, having bought something cheaper in the interim, I know how poor other devices can be. The Serie 6 machine is sturdy but not too heavy. On the highest setting, it's already extracted dust that the previous, cheaper machine, did not pick up. Compared to the earlier Athlet machines, this one is far easier to clean, and doesn't require filters to be washed or replaced. Note that this machine doesn't come with any extras (such as an extension pipe) but other than that, works very well.

Lightweight smart looking rechargeable vacuum. Great product with variable effective suction for all surfaces. Can be used as handheld when used with the accessories pack purchased separately. Very happy with this purchase..slim enough to put in cupboard and no messy wires. We purchased the white version so had to buy the accessory kit separately and the only irritation was that the black version of the same hoover already had the accessories included.

This is our second bosch hoover. The last one served 8 years constant use until the battery went but no other issues. I think8 to 10 years on battery's is about right. Our new vaccum is light easy to use and very well constructed. Easy to maintain and clean. Would never use another make of vacuum. I also think it is reasonably priced up against other makes.

Excellent performance & value for money

I love this vacuum. It's so light to handle but good suction on any surface. The only downside is it can sometimes fall over when you aren't using it. You have to position it just right.

We chose this model as we had previously owned an earlier version which we had been very happy with.

This cordless Vacuum cleaner is lightweight, has a good runtime and is powerful to do an excellent job on a variety of floor surfaces. This is the second Bosch I have had and had no hesitation in getting this newer model. Delighted with it!
