SUPERB. Very easy to put together and it really works. It has 2 speeds and so far I have only used the lesser speed. Very light to use and it takes apart to use as a hand set and also to empty. Everything about it is very good. I have never had one before that I have liked so much and I am in my 80s.

Very light Manoeuvres well with little pressure on the wrist

Bought this for my elderly parents' flat and we are delighted with it. Very light and easy to use. We can vacuum the whole flat on one charge and it moves easily from carpet to hard floor and back. It has an excellent suction and cleaning motion, so I recommend you empty it after every use, given the dust container is small, or you may end up having to unblock the connecting pipe, as we did after the second use.

Very practical, suction power is just right, stands alone without support easy to charge, easy to manoeuvre, I love the fact it’s 2 in 1 which makes it easier when wanting to vacuum a smaller surface or in a tighter area, also the Bosch brand is renowned for providing quality items and that’s was one of the main reason I chose this product. All in all good value for money, Highly recommend it.

Very easy and simple set up. Love how light and easy it is to Hoover my hard floor and carpet. Turns easily around furniture. A single charge did my home twice. Wish I'd bought this years ago now

Light and easy to use. powerful enough to get all the fur left by my 2 long haired cats with no bother at all! Had to buy the accessories kit to get into nooks and crevices but that is the only downfall I have found.

Purchased this vacuum to use upstairs in the bedrooms. Really pleased with the performance so far. Wanted this for thick pile carpets, most vacuums do not seem to have this feature but this vacuum does the job brilliantly. Already have a Bosch cordless which I have had for a few years and continues to work well, one of the reasons I decided to go with the Serie2. So pleased I got this one, no need to use high power except on the landing, light and easy to use, quick and simple to empty the dust.
