A bit noisier that our last one. Fitting the door was not as easy as it should be. The 4 screws that hold the hinges and plastic spacers should have the plastic insert pre threaded. I had to pre thread myself and use a lubricant to enable me to get the screws to fully insert. I damaged the head of one of them as it became so difficult to tighten, even though I was using the correct pozi driver bit and the correct socket. What should have been a 15 minute job for me (a joiner) ended up taking the best part of 2 hours.

Very happy so far :) first tumble dryer we’ve owned so not a lot to compare to but overall happy with quality and price??

Seems to be a good machine lots of cycles so you need time to work out what’s best

Can’t fault this product so far. Lovely and quiet. Easy to install. If you need a quick turn around on drying time then maybe look elsewhere but it does the job for us a family of 4 with lots of washing to dry.

Disappointed so far. Old machine whole load, one hour, dry and on hanger no ironing. This so called more efficient five items an hour, still damp. Another load 2:30 came out creased and slight damp on thicker waistbands. Seems I have wasted a rather lot of money.

So far we are pleased with the purchase. Haven’t had the chance to see if its much cheaper to run than our previous or use all the functions but I’m hoping it will last as long as our previous one.

Took a little while to get my head around different way of drying clothes! But really pleased with results. Easy to use, water container easy to empty. Love it
