Broke down in under a year. Indesit proved completely useless - first repair appointment cancelled on the day with no explanation, second appointment a week later, engineer came without the necessary part. Two weeks with no washer dryer, two days taken off work (unpaid), I have scrapped it and bought a Bosch.

Makes so much noise I can hear it outside on the foot path and neighbours have complained and I can’t run it while I’m working at home as it’s too loud in every room in the house, loud thumping noise every 3 seconds that sounds like high pressure water being shot in small bursts, AO said it’s meant to do this as it helps manage fluff and lint ect but clothes come out with way more fluff on than my last machine, AO say my machine is fine so it must just be the worst machine i have ever experienced. I literally have to leave the house when doing washing as the noise gives me a headache.

Ok product for price. Could do with an eco/speed perfect button for all washes.

Issues with drying after the wash, doesn't seem to spin properly

It’s the first time I have owned a combined washer dryer and I am reasonably happy with it. It’s quiet and washes well, although drying is not as effective as a tumble dryer. There are plenty of programmes but some have extremely long running times which can’t be altered, unlike my last washing machine. I was slightly disappointed that after about a week I needed to wipe the front of the machine due to the washing gel having dripped a little, only to notice wiping it off caused the writing to come off.

I am happy with the washer dryer but setting the dryer function is fiddly. The dryer function is not economical in the of use electricity . No surprise since it’s D rated.

Big enough for the family laundry but instructions on how to dry isn't clear enough so had to watch several YouTube videos to figure this out which included several steps

Timer for the machine is not correct as 30 min wash generally take more than 50min.
