Great dishwasher at a great price. Perfect for a family of 4 who use a lot of dishes throughout the day. Delivery was so quick and install was easy and simple to do. Would definitely consider ao for future appliance buying.

It cleans lightly soiled dishes but I have to put it on to intense mode if there is any dried on food. I have some large dinner plates which if I place them in the racks they stop the washing arm circulating. It is quite is about the best thing I can say. I wouldn’t buy this machine if I had my time again.

Good, efficient and surprisingly quiet dishwasher

Purchased this BEKO Dishwasher as a replacement for a much more expensive Bosch Unit, that had last 15 years and finally died. I just wanted something suitable to last a few years before changing our whole kitchen in the future, and chose this after a fair amount of research. Ordering from AO was easy, and the upgraded membership meant the delivery drivers fitted the dishwasher and took away the old one. I must say, the Beko machine has far exceeded my expectations in terms of performance. The dishes are coming out spotlessly clean and it's very easy to use. It's certainly got a lot less features than the previous Bosch Unit, and a loading options etc. but i can't complain about the ability to clean the dishes. There's not timer or any indication to tell you how long a cycle takes, or how long is left. It's a minor complain, but i did find it useful on our previous Bosch machine that you could tell if there was 2 mins or 2 hours left on the wash cycle. There's also no separate cutlery tray, and this Beko washer uses a cutlery basket instead, which takes space in the loading bay of the bottom shelf so reduces the amount of dishes, pots and pans you can get in there. The upside of this however, is that because there are only two shelves to put dishes there's actually more height on the top shelf to be able to put pint glasses and tall glasses on there - which is useful. All in all, for the cheap price, i can accept a lack of some functions, and am delighted with how easy it was to order, be delivered and the washing performance of the machine. Would highly recommend. The lognevity of the brand will be interesting to see, but the 10 year parts warranty is a little peace of mind.

Beko was recommended by our service engineer as a replacement for our Bosch which had expired after 12 years. The good: capacity; it does the job and our dinner plates fit; the sliding cutlery basket is handy as it allows for larger dishes to be accommodated in the lower layer; it is simple to run and quiet. Not so good: one of the upper basket service racks is horrid - it doesn't seem to want to be removed, it doesn't fold and it is a height that makes loading items underneath a pain - but it is there is needed; the complete cycle is quite leisurely. Poor: the door seems warped - on one side it is 3mm recessed under the top of the machine, but on the other side it projects 3mm. It doesn't seem to have any negative impact on performance, but if that reflect Beko's build quality one wonders about what cannot be seen.

Leaves everything sparkling. Even pops open after the cycle's finished, which lets the dishes cool down and dry naturally, ready for unloading.

Fab service, great dishwasher, a big improvement on my old one held together by string!
