Beko was recommended by our service engineer as a replacement for our Bosch which had expired after 12 years. The good: capacity; it does the job and our dinner plates fit; the sliding cutlery basket is handy as it allows for larger dishes to be accommodated in the lower layer; it is simple to run and quiet. Not so good: one of the upper basket service racks is horrid - it doesn't seem to want to be removed, it doesn't fold and it is a height that makes loading items underneath a pain - but it is there is needed; the complete cycle is quite leisurely. Poor: the door seems warped - on one side it is 3mm recessed under the top of the machine, but on the other side it projects 3mm. It doesn't seem to have any negative impact on performance, but if that reflect Beko's build quality one wonders about what cannot be seen.

Leaves everything sparkling. Even pops open after the cycle's finished, which lets the dishes cool down and dry naturally, ready for unloading.

Fab service, great dishwasher, a big improvement on my old one held together by string!

Really easy to install and setup. Gets a full Sunday Dinner load in with ease. Washes very well and is very quiet. I would recommend this make/model.

It certainly does the job. It has a moveable top basket so depending on plate size you can have the top shelf higher or lower in order to fit bigger items (pint glasses) in the top, no issue with plumbing it in myself, very straight forward programs, so far it has been money well spent. The top basket always appears to be a little unstable when full up with items but I think that's just normal for something on just 2 runs, nothing indicating items are too heavy for the basket to take. Nice colour as well, went from a black colour to granite and I prefer the granite.

Lovely product. The ability to adjust the shelves is really helpful. Easty to use and not at all noisy. Opportunity to have a choice of colour to fit in with current kitchen was also an added bonus. Have had Beko products previously and would highly recommend ??
