What an absolute dissapointment. I paid for the dishwasher to be fitted, and the installation guys were brilliant. The dishwasher itself is massively disappointing. Who the heck does Research and Design at Beko???? The top cutlery tray is an absolute waste of time, we have to wipe them dry, a right pain . I unclipped the top front brackets left and right so I could pull the top tray out, an absolute waste of space. Managed to lift the second tray up to accommodate plates to be fitted in the first tray, to be washed. The times of program washing is far too long, To be honest, I would have taken more time to research, more fool me, you , the buyer, be aware!!!

So far so good. Baskets take a little getting used to.

Easy to install not used that much, however, all dishes come out clean when using the fast wash cycle.

I like the rack at the top, it's really helpful for wooden spoons, spatulas, pizza cutters, bigger knives etc to lay flat. This isn't something I've had with other dishwashers. The programmes seem to do the trick but can be a little long. I've had Beko before and always reliable. Only wish is that it was a better energy rating.

Ver efficient service from start to finish. Helpful and approachable workers that fitted the dishwasher. Would and will be using again.

Doesn’t use the tablet, won’t dry the load. Arranged an engineer visit and Beko gave us the wrong date. By the time we get an engineer visit we’ll have had it for over two weeks and not washed a single thing in it properly. Don’t bother!!

The product is excellent and very quiet whilst the programmes are running
