Pump broken on arrival. AO told me to phone Beko. I did, waited 10 days for a repairman only to be told i needed to get a replacement from AO...guess what? Out of Stock for 3 more weeks

Does not have half load function. Does not have 30 min quick wash. Does not have auto door opening function. Does not come with coherent instructions.

It doesn't work. An engineer will visit a fortnight after the date that it was delivered (I assume to authorise a replacement).

Disappointing. 1st washer has a door that didn’t shut properly (AO sorted a replacement v quickly - thanks). The 2nd has a fault with a distributor so the bottom spray arm isn’t working. And the inside of the door already has rust spots. In less than a month. On hold for the parts to repair it. Meanwhile, it’s obviously not washing properly. This was a Which Best Buy but I reckon Beko has rushed more out of the factory to meet demand.

Adjustable rear legs will not work, even when they have been removed they still won't adjust. Spoke to Beko they will send out new legs. This will take 5 to 7 days so still unable to install my dishwasher

I'm amazed how many good reviews there are for this machine. It basically doesn't fit normal size plates if the middle tray is in the lower position. The arm hits them. It means the middle tray has to always be in the high position, which in turn means only tumblers and cups fit in the middle tray. Pint glasses and wine glasses will not allow the upper cutlery tray to fit it. Absolutely misses the whole point of a 'large capacity' dishwasher. Returning the machine and accepting I'll lose about half the refund value as I've used it, but frankly worth it to avoid the frustration of such a badly designed product. Useless. Avoid.

The major issue we’ve had with this dishwasher is that is emits a high-pitched whine when in operation, which rather negates the point of it being quiet! Otherwise, the couple of times we’ve used it it’s seemed to clean well - drying performance leaves something to be desired.

Won't take standard dinner plates any more, water dispenser above them doesn't rotate. It looks like the addition of the cutlery drawer has reduced the height of the main plate area to the point where the rotor hits the plates. These plates cleaned fine in our old washer. Useless.
