Not as good as I hoped, but not bad either

    3/5
This dishwasher did not quite hit the positives in its reviews. Although you can adjust the height of the top level, allowing large plates to go in the bottom level, there is a feeling of lack of space in general. I end up doing three washes a day (for two people and a number of cats!) rather than two a day. On the plus side, there is a good choice of settings, though this machine advises you to rinse plates first - which rather suggests you might as well wash the plates yourself! I think that is particularly important on the Eco wash, from experience; so we don't use that all the time now. There is also little about that programme in the impenetrable manual that comes with it. So I give it an honest score; it wasn't my first choice but hopefully it will last the test of time. It is quiet and barely noticeable when on, complete with a red light on the floor that signals that it is in action.

    Good value for money.

Effective dishwasher. I didn’t find the internal light necessary but the cutlery tray at the top is great. All items have come out clean and the available functions make it good value for money.

Good DW but a couple of negatives

    4/5
Really good dishwasher, gets the dishes sparkling clean, way better than our 8 year old machine. A couple of negatives : after an eco wash inside of the machine is still pretty wet, I guess that’s the price of using less energy. The biggest downside is that the main area for dishes is quite short, most of our plates will not fit and allow the water jet spinner to rotate. Bent the metal prongs slightly so the plates are at a flatter angle, which helps a bit but some plates will only fit at the very edges of the tray

AO great Sevice, Beko customer service not so good

    4/5
Love the product, loads more space and a higher class of finish compared to our old kenwood. The only niggle we had was the door opening mid cycle. Couldn’t find any information on it and Beko weren’t that helpful, so we’ve turned off automatic door opening and it’s fine. The service and communication from AO was brilliant

    Good dishwasher for a family.

    4/5
Good product and easy to fit. As I had already removed the old one it only took 25 mins to fit this one. The front panel door was easy to fit. I would recommend this item.

Good product and Poor Connection Service

Seems a good model for the price, and reasonably efficient.

Overall a like but misleading blurb from manufacturer

    4/5
Very good machine, my only grumble really is that I specifically chose it as it said it had 4 sections that were adjustable at the bottom and the top racks, which is rather misleading as one half of the bottom is fixed. The "four" adjustable ones are the two rows of spikes that would hold one plate, half the width of the machine each. Why would you want to put half a set of spikes down and leave one set of spikes up? I assumed it was fully adjustable at the bottom - and decided against cheaper machines that I could see had this. The red light is kind of pointless, if you're close enough to see it then you're close enough to hear it. Would be more helpful to have remaining time projected on floor if going to do that. That said, cleans well, dried well, and pretty quiet. Hopefully it will continue to live up to the good job my old Beko did for many years.

    Looks good internal size misleading

    4/5
Nice machine but the cutlery drawer limits the practicality, with the top basket on the lower setting you can get cereal bowls in the top but can’t get a dinner plate in the bottom without fouling the spin of the rotor arm. Definitely would struggle to get 16 place settings in. With juggling in a two person household we are having to switch it on about every other day, rather than our previous every third day, if we take the cutlery drawer out would improve this but we chose it because of the cutlery drawer. As it is integral the fitting is more complex and without finding a YouTube clip the received all picture printed instructions were pretty difficult. We also received 2 items of what we assume to be insulation, these were not in the original instructions or on YouTube. The machine finish is fine and the internal and running lights are useful
