Does what it's meant to do and does it well

Purchased this following my previous BEKO failing after 7 years. Beko aren't known for their reliability but 7 years for a dishwasher thst cost under £400 isn't too bad. I though BEKO had improved though because the new machine came with an impressive two year labour guarantee AND a 10 years parts guarantee. The problem was the machine had an immediate fault. The engineer said it was a software fault. Anyway, replacement machine now installed and seems to be working fine. Hopefully this one will last 10 years under the parts guarantee.

Fantastic dishwasher. Everything coming out clean and shiny. Love the cutlery rack at the top and the automatic open to ensure better drying.

Bought this in Sep 2022, it's broken twice since then and have had to call the engineer out. We pay for the insurance monthly as have no faith that this is a well-made machine that will last. First the heat element burned out- just after the warranty ended. Now the rotor on the bottom doesn't spin because the fixing has worn away... After 2 years?! We only put the dishwasher on once a day. I won't be buying Beko again.

Impressive appliance. Programs run quietly, and the added feature of a red light indicating the machine's operation is a nice touch. It offers a variety of programs, including a fast function to speed up some of the programs. The flat cutlery tray at the top, coupled with a flexible cutlery basket at the bottom, adds convenience. Moreover, the adjustable rack height in the middle tray makes it easier to accommodate loading tall plates.

Really pleased with this dishwasher so far - more than enough space for everything. It’s much quieter than our previous one, and the energy efficiency is great.
