    High pitch whine

    1/5
Cleaned well, big so make sure you have space. We had to send first machine back as it had a horrid high pitch whine (like a cat scarer). Kind enginer who was older so couldn't hear the noise tried replacing motor etc. sadly this did not help. New machine on warranty in the end. New machine had the same noise! Thankfully they agree to accept a return and refund . Always had Beko dishwashers before with no problem. Now very happy with our cheaper and quite Hisense machine.

    Unreliable so far

    1/5
I have to give this item a 1 star rating because it only worked for two weeks before refusing to start with Error code E01. When I called to book a Beko service visit, the earliest date they could come was two weeks later. We're still washing the plates by hand! Very unhappy so far.

    Broke down after two weeks.

    1/5
Initially it seemed to work ok, and the quality was ok for a mid range dishwasher. A mild annoyance was that the top shelf needs to be raised fully to get large plates in which means you’re limited on what you can put on the top shelf. The main issue is that the machine broke down after just two weeks of ownership. In order to get a refund AO insisted that Beko inspect the machine, however the only available appointment was just under two weeks away which is pretty poor. My advice, spend a bit extra and buy a Bosch..

    Do Not Buy

    1/5
Unfortunately this dishwasher does NOT work to a very good standard at all! Dirty things went in and dirty things came out (mainly the bottom rack). It was all fairly wet too. Called AO, who were fantastic! Put us in touch with manufacturers. Had a call out, man was baffled but replaced the bottom sprayer. Unfortunately it made no difference. We made a complaint about the machine not being up to standards and stood our grounds (I mean, common, we've spent lots of money on a machine that doesn't do what it's built for!!). The manufacturer sent us codes to have it replaced with a different brand. Sad really as I really liked the purple trimming on the racks. My advise is DO NOT BUY this machine. Spend a little more and buy a Bosch!!!

    Hate it!

    1/5
Well, this is the most expensive dishwasher I've ever bought and I'm afraid it's the worst! It just doesn't get the stuff clean and I'm using Fairy Platinum tablets too! I'm putting in fewer and fewer dishes in the hope that the most pathetic load will surely get cleaned but still stuff on the bottom rack is not cleaning. Come on, surely 4 hours is enough to clean a soaked pan? But let's not push it as far as a pan, what about a bowl...only if there is no other crockery anywhere near the bowl will it clean. A delay in fitting from the builders means I'm past the 30 day return period, so I'm stuck with the stupid thing. At least if Beko still had spontaneously combusting appliances I could hope for a product recall, but nope, me and it are just going to have to find a way to get along. Maybe if I wash everything by hand first, then just put it into the machine to dry it off...oh, no, wait, I forgot, the crocks don't get dried either! Waste of money, not a happy bunny.

Developed fault after one months of use

    3/5
Machine had to be replaced just after on month of use. After just one month of use, the dishwasher developed a a fault and it drained the water from the underneath And my kitchen got flooded. Online forums suggested to check blockage etc but there were no blockages. I called Beko an and they asked me to factory re-set by switching off for 48 hours. When I re-started the machine it had a different error for not enough water pressure but the pressure was good. Beko engineer visited and he could not find the reason of faults and told me it’s not a user fault. He ordered a part and came to change the part but it still did not resolve the problem and Beko arrange for a replacement via AO. I expect it to last longer considering the high price. But BEKO and AO customer services were helpful for replacing the machine. Had to replace myself as they did not pay the installation cost. It’s an integrated unit which was pain to replace.

    Adequate once fixed

    3/5
The machine leaked the first time I used it. I then had to contact Beko and wait a week for an engineer to come and fix the problem. This is really inexcusable for a brand new item that should be thoroughly tested at the factory. Now fixed, it's basically fine. Not as thorough cleaning as I would like - sometimes items don't get cleaned property, but this is rare enough. On the plus side, it's quiet and spacious, with a good range of different modes/durations to choose between. Here's a description of the fault in case this is useful for anyone else: about an hour into the cycle, error 01 appeared on the display, which indicates that water is gathering at the bottom of the machine. Under the machine, there was a noticeable puddle under the left side. It turns out that the seal that connects the water tank to the metal inner body was faulty.
