It was a replacement for the one I had before which lasted 15 years. It was replaced with no problems at all and fitted perfectly.

The delivery was spot on, can’t fault the timing. However not happy with this product. Upon 2nd day of install the fans packed in. This is the second product I’ve ordered which is like for like. Only reason I ordered the same product was because I didn’t want different fittings and extra holes in the wall.

Wonderful product

Bought to replace one of almost identical size and shape. But this one is a bit quieter. It would be 5 stars as it is working well so far. However, when the electrician was fitting it, he was surprised that there was no non-return valve (v-flap) included. Apparently, it does not come with one. Although not essential, the electrician said it was desirable so we need to try to source one separately.

Great service, delivered quickly and on time. Product was packaged well and exactly what I’d ordered.

Great brushed steel finish. Quieter than previous fan on all 3 speeds. Bright LED lamps. Easy to install.

Looks fantastic but you don’t get the filters so have to get them .
