After having a couple of cheaper coffee machines I wanted to upgrade. I decided on this particular model after watching several u tube reviews. If you just want a simple push and go machine then this is not for you. Having said that if you have the patience to tweak the settings until you get the coffee to your taste then this machine will reward you. Once you get the settings right and stay with your favourite beans then you shouldn't have to change the settings.There are lots of vids explaining how to get the best out of this machine.

Really good machine. Very pleased. Makes excellent expresso. Excellent service from AO as usual.

Love this, took a little time to understand it and work out the finer details but now I have it's quick and easy to use. Tastes just like a real barista coffee.

Compact all-in-one espresso machine. Premium feel and heavy given stainless steel case. Easy to operate but enough flexibility to make manual changes. Lots of equipment included including milk jar with temp control. As a negative, I think the bean grinder in my machine has not been calibrated correctly as it pours too much coffee even if set to its minimum setting (it overflows the portafilter).

I like it but don't expect to switch it on and be wowed... it takes some practice and perseverance. After a few days now able to produce consistently yummy coffees... Expect some tweaking when using different beans.

Best coffee machine ever!

After a little bit of practice I now make lovely coffee. This Sage unit it very straight forward to use but it is so important to buy quality beans. My first efforts using beans from an Italian manufacturer failed miserably due to their quality. The units built quality is 1st class and looks so good in our kitchen.

Amazing product at a very competitive price. Easy to set up and use. I love it!! Being hyper critical, the automatic bean grinder filler tends to overflow (wasting coffee and making a bit of a mess). So recommend not using that.
