It's a smart looking and functional unit. It also appears to be well made however, it is not without issues. There is no means supplied to raise it in the unit, the door is full-sized (no border) meaning the left edge looks like it's missing something and it has limited venting which make may affect longevity. It is relatively small volume (and a small window) given it's over all size and has far fewer functions than the one it replaces. The lower power signifcantly increases cooking times, the control layout is not intuitive and it has an electronic door release. This last one is really irritating. What was wrong with a nice, large push button is a mystery as you have to be precise where to place your finger and it takes a noticeable time to trigger. Let's hope it grows on me as currently I wish for my old one.

Easy to use and neat next to the white units of our kitchen. The interior light is better than the last Bosch S4 we had. Be careful to get the right depth - I ordered the bigger size in error but AO were great and helped me choose the right one and swapped it the net day for me.

Love this product. Delivery was quick and so far I've had no issues with the microwave. It beautiful and fits the decor of my kitchen. Navigating the menu is a breeze and works beyond my expectations. Great product overall.

So far very good Easy adjustable controls, within my reach 5ft 4ins, above double oven. Large interior for external size. Ticks my boxes.
