Loved the look and details of this microwave. However, 1st one went faulty just after 1 year and we didn't realise we had a two year warranty. Ended up buying a second one and that went faulty after 3 months. Shame. Thought Bosch would be a LOT more realiable than this :(

Very simple to install, but noisy in operation. It seems very expensive for what it is.

It's a smart looking and functional unit. It also appears to be well made however, it is not without issues. There is no means supplied to raise it in the unit, the door is full-sized (no border) meaning the left edge looks like it's missing something and it has limited venting which make may affect longevity. It is relatively small volume (and a small window) given it's over all size and has far fewer functions than the one it replaces. The lower power signifcantly increases cooking times, the control layout is not intuitive and it has an electronic door release. This last one is really irritating. What was wrong with a nice, large push button is a mystery as you have to be precise where to place your finger and it takes a noticeable time to trigger. Let's hope it grows on me as currently I wish for my old one.

Looks good and does the job!

Bought this for my 91 year old mum as a replacement for her old Bosch microwave. Easy to use touch controls. Turntable inside which was different to her old one. Easy to use and understand for her. The instructions, like a lot nowadays are not that easy to follow for her!

Does everything you would expect but it does sound a bit mechanical when it's working

Very pleased with the microwave, it has a good size turntable which will take a dinner plate for reheating. The automatic door is a bit of a gimmick and I worry that it will fail and I won't be able to open it. The red display is a bit garish but that's just a matter of taste. Dropped a point because it's so expensive compared to standalone microwaves without much reason.

Bought this specifically to replace an existing fitted unit so it needed to be the same size (which it is). Very easy to fit. Smart looking and with an electronic door opening mechanism which is much easier than the old manual version we had. Only had it a week but it seems to cook well. Interior light is bright so you can keep an eye on the cooking or defrosting. Marking it down a star because built in microwaves are twice the price of the stand alone equivalent. Do they really need to be that much more?
