It clean perfectly I just don't like that doesn't move smoothly on carpet. I have to vacuum one way to unstick it from the carpet and go again,otherwise it is not possible to move it up and down without a lot of pressure

This cylinder vacuum cleaner from Bosch is great. It is a pity that trying to register it with Bosch to buy spare parts etc is more difficult than it should be. In fact I’ve already ordered some parts and have been sent the wrong ones. I’m very disappointed with their customer support services. But that said I liked the cleaner so much I have bought a second one. And once I’ve been able to register them both I’ll probably buy another, that’s a third, so I have one on each floor instead of carrying it up to each floor in the house.

This is a neat and powerful small vacuum cleaner. It has proven to be very effective. The reason that I haven’t given it 5 stars is because it isn’t as powerful as my previous vac and doesn’t have internal storage for the extra tools. But I am very pleased with it overall.

I’m Very pleased with Bosch hoover It’s very light manoeuvrable and has good suction I’m not a fan of the spring retracting cable as they seem to fail over time , perhaps Bosch csn rethink this. Overall very happy

It's fantastic! Lightweight, easy, looks lovely, very powerful and very quiet. Incredible value for the money. Going to buy another one for a family member. Don't bother looking elsewhere - this'll be the best buy you ever made! :)
