Had the oven just over 15 months and bottom element has gone. Hardly used as use air fryer a lot. Reached out to Hisense as still under warranty and not received any response back. Would not recommend

The bottom heating element stopped working after 2 years, just after manufacturers warranty. Additionally, I would like to mention that the oven hasn't even been used very often. I don't recommend.

This is a lovely looking oven, sleek and modern. It has a lot of features far beyond the very reasonable price tag. Maybe too many features, as it can be a little difficult to work out what each function does. Once you work out the general setting, it is relatively easy to use. The light is good and it runs very quietly. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.

It's a great oven with lots of programs. My favorite thing is that I can set it to turn off after 20 minutes - no more burnt food. I'm still at the beginning and getting confused by the different programs, but I hope to memorize them over time.
